Last year, dronty West, a former NBA player suffering from mental illness, was arrested in a riot in the police station. Kuban helped him reunite with his family and funded him to receive treatment.
West has worked for Celtics, Seattle SuperSonics, Knights and Lone Ranger successively, and has played ball in CBA Fujian team and Shanghai team.
