Live broadcast, October 13th today is the 45th birthday of Hall of Fame member Paul Pierce. Let’s wish him a happy birthday together.

Pierce was born on October 13, 1977 in Oakland, California, USA, nicknamed “truth”. In the 1998 NBA draft, he was selected by the Celtics in the 10th order in the first round. He played for Celtics, basketable nets, Wizards and Clippers successively. Pierce played 1343 regular season games, with an average of 19.7 points, 5.6 rebounds and 3.5 assists. Play 170 playoff games, with an average of 18.7 points, 5.8 rebounds and 3.4 assists.

Pierce was selected as the first team of the best rookie in the 1998-99 season. He won the NBA championship with the Celtics and was elected as the MVP of the finals in the 2007-08 season. He was selected as the second team of the best team in the 2008-09 season and won the all-star Net blazer championship in 2010, 10 Times selected in NBA All-Star lineup.

Pierce announced his retirement on July 18, 2017. On February 12, 2018, Celtics retired Pierce’s No. 34 jersey. On May 17, 2021, Pierce was selected into the NAI Smith Basketball Hall of Fame.
