Live Bar, October 9th according to Yahoo’s sports fame Chris Haynes, several sources in the league revealed that the Lakers agreed to reach a multi-year early renewal contract with Rob Pelinka, the new contract lasted until 2026.
According to Turner, a reporter from los angeles times, Broderick, an insider who spoke publicly without authorization confirmed that pelinka’s new contract lasted for four years.
A person familiar with the matter said that the Lakers had been keen to renew Pelinka, and the two sides reached an agreement several months ago when they were looking for a new coach.
Pelinka is 52 years old this year. He replaced Kupchak as the general manager of the Lakers in 2017 and was promoted to vice president of basketball operations in 2020 and also served as the general manager.
